Crafting my Life is not about being crafty, although it’s cool if you are. It’s also not about sitting in a cave and meditating, although it’s cool if you do. It’s about meeting yourself where you are, deciding where you want to go, and creating a plan to get you there in a way that works for you and your family. You’ll work in small pockets of time – as little as 10 or 15 minutes a day – on your own schedule, without ever having to leave your house. You don’t need childcare, or a quiet mountaintop retreat. You just need to be willing to do something for yourself.
Crafting my Life is for Busy Moms
Children change everything, as every parent knows. When you’re in the trenches of motherhood, it’s really easy to lose sight of yourself. I’m a mom – I get it. I’ve been there too. But I also know that it’s possible to change things. You matter. Your dreams matter. It’s true that you may not have much time or money, but if you work with what you have you really can create a life that fits you.
Crafting my Life was created for busy moms for two big reasons:
- When we become mothers, our priorities change, and we realize that we want something more. Moms want greater purpose and authenticity, and a lifestyle that works for our families. What’s more, we deserve that.
- Traditional classes often don’t work for busy parents. As a mom you need something that you can do on your own schedule, in parent-sized pieces.
